About Me
I earned my undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of La Verne in 2020. My undergraduate research focused on soil bacteria-fungi interactions and agricultural applications of phage therapy against Cupriavidus campinensis, an antibiotic resistant soil microbe. After completing my degree, I worked at Terray Therapeutics as an Associate Scientist for 2 years. I performed high-throughput screening of potential drug candidates for inflammatory and cancer protein targets and facilitated the development of an integrated automated fluidics and imaging screening system. Current Research Interests I am currently a PhD student focusing on the development of treatments for chronic and acute infections caused by multi-drug resistant strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. |
